BY BOOKING INTO THIS GROUP, YOU HAVE ACCEPTED THE FOLLOWING TERMS
AND CONDITIONS. ALL PAYMENTS TO SKYREEL TRAVELS ARE SUBJECT TO
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ARE NON-TRANSFERRABLE.
I. Reservations
Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. The following
information is required on your reservation and should appear as follows :
Full Name as it appears on your passport.
Date of Birth
Gender
Name changes on land will incur a fee of $200 per person, payable before the name is changed
up until the final payment due date.
Itinerary
Times are approximate and may shift due to weather, holidays, or operational needs. Arriving late for an activity is considered a no show and is non refundable.
Accessibility
Please choose a trip that fits your physical abilities. Travelers who need assistance must travel with someone who can help them. International hotels and tours may not be ADA compliant.
Airlines
Airlines can change schedules at any time. We’re not responsible for flight changes, delays, seating, mileage credit, or missed connections. If you purchase your own flights, you must send us your flight details in writing.
Hotels
Rooms are based on availability and may vary in size. Check in is usually after 3 pm and check out is before noon. We may substitute hotels with similar properties when needed.
Group Conduct
We reserve the right to remove anyone who disrupts the group experience. Any extra costs will be the traveler’s responsibility.
Our experiences work well for seniors who can move around easily and participate in planned outings.
III. Travel Protection
SkyReel Travels offers Travel Protection. Individual cost depends on age and package total.
NO NAME CHANGES ARE ALLOWED on flight inclusive packages.
NOTE: Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates.
II. Payments and Cancellation Policies
This reservation is nonrefundable.
A monthly minimum payment of $125 or more is required by the 5th of every month to keep
your reservation active. If more than two monthly payments are missed on your reservation, this
will automatically cancel your reservation and no refund will be given.
If your payment is not going to be available by due date, you must notify us by email and a late
payment $50 will be assessed after 3 days of due payment date. (If approved)
FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE: The final payment is due on the date specified in your invoice. The full outstanding balance must be settled by this deadline.
III. Travel Protection
SkyReel Travels offers Travel Protection. Individual cost depends on age and package total.

Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment from potential losses.
Travel insurance can be helpful should issues arise before or during your vacation.
This includes issues such as last-minute changes, lost luggage, delayed flights, hotel issues, medical emergencies, etc.
IV. Travel Precautions
New travel requirements may require advance action and include, but are not limited to, any of
the following:
• Completion of an electronic registration/authorization before departing your home
airport or upon arrival.
• Verification of a negative Covid-19 test.
• Completion of a Covid-19 test upon arrival at destination with potential costs. Each
individual traveler is responsible for this cost should it be required.
• Compliance with all destination, airline and airport protocols including wearing a face
mask/covering where required.
• Completion of a temperature screening.
• Potential entry into quarantine in destination if it is deemed necessary.
V. Force Majeure
In the case of any and all unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to, acts of god,
weather, riots, wars, labor disputes, strikes, work stoppages, air traffic control, internal airline
cancellations, airport disruptions, and flight cancellations due to the like, no individual refunds
will be given. The entire group will be rescheduled to a later date.
SkyReel Travels and each of their respective agents and representatives will not be responsible
or liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature and of any kind in whole or in part resulting
from a force majeure condition including without limitation: act of God, fire, volcanic eruption,
environmental pollution or contamination, inclement weather, earthquake, flood, water or power
shortages or failures, tropical storms or hurricanes, dangers of the sea, breakdown of machinery
or equipment, riots or civil commotions or disturbances and any other acts of similar nature,
theft, pilferage, sabotage, arrests, strikes or other labor disruptions, restraints of rulers or peoples, expropriations, acts of terrorism, war, insurrection, strikes, epidemics, restrictions, government health advisories or warnings or alerts of any kind or nature, acts of governments or other authorities de jour or de facto, government seizures, refusal or cancellation or suspension or delay of any government authority or any license, permit or authorization, damages to its
facilities, or by reason of any other cause or causes of any similar nature or any other factor
unforeseen by SkyReel Travels that impacts negatively on or hampers its ability to fulfill any of
its contractual conditions. If any of these conditions apply, SkyReel Travels shall be excused,
discharged, or released from its performance to the extent such performance is so limited or
prevented, without liability of any kind.
VI. Waiver of Liability
SkyReel Travels and its staff are not responsible for any injuries sustained by clients on trips
organized by the company. Clients are responsible for their own safety and well-being at all
times.
SkyReel Travels will not be liable for any injuries caused by the negligence of clients, or by
the negligence of third parties. By participating in a trip organized by SkyReel Travels, clients
agree to waive all claims against the company for any injuries sustained on the trip. Clients also
agree to release the company from all liability for any injuries caused by the negligence of
clients, or by the negligence of third parties.
VII. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkyReel Travels, its directors, employees, and
agents from all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with the client's participation in a trip organized by
SkyReel Travels.
VIII. Photographic Release
SkyReel Travels may take photographs or video of its trips and trip participants. Trip participants
grant SkyReel Travels permission to use such videos or images for promotional or commercial
use without payment of any compensation to
Participant.
IX. Rates
Rates do not include:
• Flight (unless purchased)
• Round Trip hotel transfer (will be added to flight price)
• Optional tours (unless purchased)
• Other items and expenses of personal nature and any items not specifically mentioned
in the itinerary or tour inclusions section.
• Optional tours, meals. beverages other than the ones specified.
• A mandatory city tax is required to be paid by hotel GUESTS in destination. This tax is
NOT included in the cost of this vacation package and is an additional charge payable
directly to the hotel. Fees vary based on hotel rating and are subject to change. Example:
$0.50 PER ROOM PER NIGHT for stays in 1- and 2-star hotels, increasing to $7.00
PER ROOM PER NIGHT for stays in 5-star hotels.
All SkyReel Travels rates are guaranteed once deposit is paid.
X. No Chargeback Policy
By booking with SkyReel Travels, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and
conditions regarding chargebacks.
No Chargeback Policy: SkyReel Travels does not offer any chargeback or refund options, except where explicitly provided by law.
Binding Agreement: By making a reservation or purchasing services from SkyReel Travels, you
enter into a binding agreement that acknowledges the no charge back policy.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute or concern, customers are encouraged to contact SkyReel Travels directly prior to initiating any chargeback proceedings. We will make every effort to address and resolve your concerns in a fair and reasonable manner.
Legal Action: Any customer who initiates a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the
issue with SkyReel Travels may be subject to legal action to recover any funds disputed or
chargeback fees imposed on SkyReel Travels.
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they review all booking
details, terms, and conditions, and clarify any doubts before making a purchase. Failure to do so
may not be considered grounds for a chargeback.
