If we are a good fit you'll be invoiced for the Planning fee. This fee is determined by the complexity of your itinerary, planning and the servicing your vacation will need. The fee starts from $100. Could be paid over the phone right after consultation, with a credit or debit card.
We'll design a custom proposed itinerary for you and send it over to you for your approval.
Once the proposal is approved, we'll work quickly to lock in the rate and secure your reservation!
You'll receive your updated itinerary with confirmations.
Receive recommendations to enhance your vacation, as well as things to know before you go.
Relax until it's time to start packing your bags.
Just before your trip, you'll receive the final travel documents from us with all the details.
Receive support while traveling. Check in after your trip to see how everything went.
